When you use the enquiry form or send an e-mail, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, company, website URL, message) solely to respond to your enquiry.

Form provider

The form on anfrage.html uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver messages to info@pnishidigital.ch. When submitting, FormSubmit's privacy notices also apply. FormSubmit must be activated once via a confirmation link to info@pnishidigital.ch.

Hosting

This website may be provided via Netlify (or a comparable host). Technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) may arise. Details are available from the respective provider.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. No advertising profiles are created.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for correspondence and any follow-on work, or as required by statutory retention duties.
